Benjamin T. Biggs

Benjamin T. Biggs was an American politician who served as the Governor of Delaware from 1887 to 1891. He was a member of the Democratic Party and played a significant role in the state's politics during his time in office.

He also continued to be involved in various business ventures, including becoming a director of several banking institutions. Biggs passed away on December 2, 1893, in Dover, Delaware.
