Bardhec Bytyqi (born 8 January 1997) is an Albanian professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Danish club AaB and the Albania national under-21 football team.
Club career
Early career
Bytyqi started his youth career at Nørresundby BK. He moved to AaB Fodbold academy and in July 2016 along with five other talented AaB players advanced into the first team after showing samples of talent in the U-19 League.
AaB
He debutted with AaB on 7 September 2016 in the 2016–17 Danish Cup match against his former team Nørresundby playing the full 90-minutes match in a 1–5 victory, where he assisted the Thomas Enevoldsen's 2–0 score in the first half.
International career
Bytyqi received his first international level call up at Albania national under-21 football team by coach Alban Bushi for a gathering in Durrës, Albania from 18–25 January 2017. He was invited again in the next gathering two months later for a double Friendly match against Moldova U21 on 25 & 27 March 2017. In the second game against Moldova U21 played in Selman Stërmasi Stadium, Bytyqi scored an amazing goal from outside the box in the second-half. Albania U21 took a 2–0 victory as had scored previously in the first-half with Kristal Abazaj.
