Biography
Arnold R. Simpson (born April 26, 1952) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives representing District 65 since January 1995.
Education
Simpson earned his BA from Kentucky State University and his JD from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
