Arife Necla Tekinel (d. 1921, İstanbul), Türk siyasetçi.
İstanbul Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi mezunudur. Serbest Avukatlık, İstanbul Belediye Meclisi ve Encümen Üyeliği, TBMM XI. ve XVII. Dönem İstanbul Milletvekilliği yapmıştır. Evli ve üç çocuk annesidir.
