ଅରକ୍ଷିତ ନାଏକ ଜଣେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ରାଜନୀତିଜ୍ଞ ଥିଲେ । ସେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ରାଜନୀତିରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଜାତୀୟ କଂଗ୍ରେସର କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତା ଭାବରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିଲେ । ଅରକ୍ଷିତ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବିଧାନ ସଭାରେ ଜଣେ ବିଧାୟକ ଭାବରେ ଥରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଥିଲେ । ଭାରତ ସ୍ୱାଧୀତ ହେବା ପରେ ୧୯୫୨ ମସିହାରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ପ୍ରଥମ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ବିଧାନ ସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ସେ ଅନୁଗୋଳ-ହିନ୍ଦୋଳ ବିଧାନ ସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ମଣ୍ଡଳୀରୁ ୧ମ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବିଧାନ ସଭାକୁ ନିର୍ବାଚିତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ।
