Anne-Kari Holm (født 1945) er en norsk lokalpolitiker for Senterpartiet. Hun er ordfører i Halden kommune etter kommunestyrevalget i 2019.
Holm er utdannet ved Université Paris-Sorbonne, Universitetet i Oslo og Handelshøyskolen BI. Hun har vært aktiv i lokalpolitikken i mange år og var varaordfører i kommunen fra 2015 til 2019. Hun er Haldens første valgte kvinnelige ordfører.
