Biography

Andrew Freeman is a vocalist and guitarist who has played for a number of bands. Most notably for the punk rock group, Offspring and for hard rock guitarist George Lynch's Lynch Mob.
Freeman is currently the frontman for the hard rock band Last In Line, which features the reunited original members of the band Dio. Last In Line is a supergroup featuring Vivian Campbell (Def Leppard , Whitesnake), Vinny Appice (Black Sabbath) and Jimmy Bain (Rainbow). Last In Line released their first album in 2016 and hit #1 on Billboard’s “Heat Seeker” chart.
In early 2013, Freeman joined the critically acclaimed production show Raiding the Rock Vault in Las Vegas, where he performs six shows a week with other legendary rock musicians.
Freeman has also worked as a voice over actor for Nickelodeon and various commercials for radio, television and film, and as a music producer and audio engineer.

Career

Freeman was involved in various recording in his early career. In 2001 he recorded "Take Cover" under his own name. Then followed "Mortal Child" with Natalia Zukerman (as guitarist and on pre-production) in 2002 and "Too Brutal for Radio" with Blockk 16.

Freeman was the guitarist, co-songwriter and co-producer for the Massachusetts band Thirty Stones. The band enjoyed success having their CD Canvas, produced by Chris "Zeuss" Harris (Hatebreed, Shadows Fall), chart as high as 5 on FMQB's Metal Detector and CMJ Crucial Spins. The band performed 250 plus shows in 2003, appearing with bands such as Sevendust, Staind, Shadows Fall, Powerman 5000, Dope, Nonpoint, Hed PE, and Lacuna Coil among others. Thirty Stones were also featured on 10 different compilation CDs released by Cleopatra Records that included artists Iggy Pop, Bill Ward (Black Sabbath), and Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin). Thirty Stones reformed at the end of 2010 and were featured as the cover story of The Valley Advocate The band performed a few shows in Massachusetts and California.

In 2012, after the death of Ronnie James Dio, Freeman joined as vocalist with the original members of Dio to form the band Last in Line, a supergroup featuring Vivian Campbell ( Def Leppard , Whitesnake ), Vinny Appice ( Black Sabbath ) and Jimmy Bain ( Rainbow ). Last In Line released their first album, Heavy Crown in 2016 and hit #1 on Billboard’s “Heat Seeker” chart.

Freeman was added as the touring guitarist and backup vocalist to punk rock band The Offspring on their 2008 tour for their album Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace.

In 2010, Freeman joined Hurricane as the lead vocalist. He performed a few shows with the band then left 2013.

In early 2013, Freeman joined the critically acclaimed production show Raiding the Rock Vault in Las Vegas, where he performs six shows a week with other legendary rock musicians.

Freeman has performed on three tours as the lead vocalist with Dokken / Lynch Mob guitarist George Lynch. This included a feature on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and a headlining show at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, California. Other members of Lynch Mob when Freeman was vocalist were Vinny Appice (Black Sabbath/Dio), Marten Andersson (Lizzy Borden, Starwood), Rob De Luca (Spread Eagle, UFO, Sebastian Bach), John Macaluso (YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, TNT), Michael Frowien (War & Peace).
