Biography
Drs. H. Andi Rivai Siregar (lahir 1945 - meninggal di Jakarta, 20 Desember 2014) adalah Anggota DPRD Kepulauan Riau periode 17 September 2013 hingga 9 September 2014. Ia pernah menjabat sebagai Pejabat Bupati Kepulauan Riau periode 2004 hingga 2005 dan Pejabat Bupati Natuna periode 1999 hingga 2001. Andi Rivai Siregar merupakan besan Bupati Kepri (2001-2003) Huzrin Hood dan ayah kandung Pejabat Bupati Bintan (2015-2016) Doli Boniara.
