Biography
Anand Narasimhan is an Indian journalist and news presenter. He is currently the executive editor at Network 18.
Education
Anand earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Mumbai, in 1997.
In the years 1999-2001, he attended SIES College of Management Studies and received a Master of Business Administration
Degree in Marketing, Advertising and Finance. At the business school, he was the winner of Samsika Brand management award.
He also holds a diploma in Mass Communications from St Xaviers College, Mumbai.
Career
From 2005 to 207, Anand was a presenter ESPN Start Sports. In the following years, until 2010, he was a presenter at Ten sports.
He joined Times Network in 2009, and was a senior editor until July 2018.
In August 2018, he became Deputy Executive Editor at Network 18, Noida.
Personal life
Anand is married to Nisha Vishwanath, who until 2016 was a Business Director (West), UK India Business Council (UKIBC).
The couple have two children.
Anand plays badminton and cricket as a hobby.
