Amra Beganovich (born 23 July 1983) is a Bosnian-born American businesswoman as well as the co-founder and CEO of Amra and Elma LLC, a digital marketing firm.
Early life and education
Born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina to career parents, Amra grew up with her sister Elma and both of them later settled in New York City. Amra Beganovich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from George Mason University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Schiller International University Heidelberg Campus . She also holds a Master's degree (Accounting) from George Mason University.
Professional career
Amra began her career as an economist and consultant working on World Bank and IFC projects in Washington D.C in 2009 after graduating from George Mason University. She made a change in her career in 2012 when she became the co-founder and CEO of Amra and Elma LLC, a marketing agency based in Manhattan.
Amra is also the co-founder and CEO of Club Fashionista, an e-commerce and blogging platform. She leads social media teams to create and implement strategies and business development efforts with venture-backed and technology companies. Amra has partnered with beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands to develop viral content on social media through her companies. Her digital articles co-authored with her sister Elma, have been featured on Forbes and other fashion-based publications.
Personal life
Amra lives in New York City with her Sister Elma.
