Alpian Maskoni, S.H. (lahir 25 Agustus 1970) adalah Wali Kota Pagar Alam periode 2018–2023. Ia menjabat sejak 18 September 2018 setelah dilantik Gubernur Sumatera Selatan, Alex Noerdin di Palembang Sport and Convention Center, Palembang.
