Alison MacGregor

Alison MacGregor is a Scottish television journalist and producer, currently working for STV.
MacGregor originally joined Scottish Television in 1997 as a features researcher and worked on a number of regional programmes including Trial By Night, Scottish Passport, Homelands and S2 Live. She joined Scotland Today in 2001 as a production journalist and soon became an on-screen reporter, specialising in light-hearted and entertainment features.
Currently, MacGregor is an assistant producer for The Hour and STV Sports Centre, and continues to work for STV News in Central Scotland. She is no longer an on-screen reporter but since 2007, has made regular appearances on STV Central's online video blog, The Real MacKay.
