Biography
Mirza Ali Gholi Khan was the Persian Charges d'Affaire in Washington from 1909 to 1915. In 1915 he was appointed Consul General to New York City. He was married to Florence Breed of Boston, Massachusetts. "Mirza" is a title of honor in Persia.
