Biography

Alfredo Reffi adalah seorang politikus San Marino yang pernah menjabat sebagai Wali Kapten, yaitu salah satu dari dua kepala negara Republik San Marino yang dipilih setiap enam bulan. Ia menjabat dari tanggal 1 Oktober 1906 hingga 1 April 1907 bersama dengan Giovanni Arzilli.
