Alexsey Belan

Alexsey Alekseyevich Belan (born 27 June 1987) is a Latvian hacker on the FBI Most Wanted list and sanctioned for "malicious cyber-enabled activities" threatening the national security of the United States.

Belan is accused of having stolen consumer data from e-commerce websites in Nevada and California, and selling that data on the underground market, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigations. Belan's hacking of three companies allowed him to steal approximately 200 million user accounts. There is a USD$100,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
