Alexandre-Ernest-Joseph Lemesre-Dubrulle (né le à Lille et décédé le à Arsy), est un homme politique français.
Biographie
Administrateur des hospices à Lille et appartenant à l'opinion royaliste, il fut élu député du 3e arrondissement du Nord (Lille), le 23 juin 1880. Mais la révolution de Juillet brisa presque aussitôt sa carrière parlementaire. Lemesre-Dubrulle ne crut pas pouvoir prêter serment au nouveau roi et à la Monarchie de Juillet. Il démissionne le 11 août.
