History
Putilov, after graduating from Tyumen Industrial Institute in 1974, started working as repairman. He then became the deputy head of a plant shop and later moved to take charge as a chief mechanic. He also was deputy director of Surgut drilling operations and headed Krasnoleninsk and Urai management of drilling operations.
