Biography
Akram Fouad Khater is a professor of history at North Carolina State University. He specializes in the history of the Middle East and Arab relations and studies. Khater received his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley in 1993. He is currently developing an undergraduate and masters program on teaching high school world history. He currently heads the Moise A. Khayrallah Center for Lebanese Diaspora Studies.
