Biography

Akiko Omae (大前 綾希子, Ōmae Akiko, born 29 January 1993) is a Japanese tennis player.

On 3 April 2017, she reached her best singles ranking of world No. 188. On 21 November 2016, she peaked at No. 95 in the doubles rankings. Omae has won five singles and 23 doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit.

Her biggest title to date: Omae won the doubles event at the 2015 Dunlop World Challenge, partnering with Peangtarn Plipuech.
