Biography
Rıfat Çalık (1888, Kayseri - 23 Şubat 1963) Türk siyasetçi.
Hukuk mektebinde okudu, belediyecilikte uzmanlaştı. Maydos Müddei Umumisi ve Kayseri Belediye Başkanı oldu. Osmanlı Meclisi Mebusanı'nda 2. Dönem ve 4. Dönemde Kayseri mebusu, TBMM 1. Dönem'de yine Kayseri temsilcisi oldu. Erzurum Kongresi ve Sivas Kongresi’nin yapıldığı dönemde Kayseri Belediye Başkanıydı. IV. İcra Vekilleri Heyeti'nde fiilen istifa etmiş sayılan Celalettin Arif'e vekaleten Adliye Vekilliği yaptı.
23 Şubat 1963 tarihinde vefat etti.
