Agron Shehaj lindur në 5 dhjetor 1977 në qytetin e Vlorës, ai emigroi drejt Italisë dhe që aty ai i ngjiti me shpejtësi shkallët e suksesit në fushën e biznesit, më pas ai kthehet në Shqipëri në vitin 2017 për të filluar karieren e tij në politikë duke i shërbyer popullit te Vlorës.
Agron Shehaj është një nga 140 deputetët e Kuvendit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, dalë nga zgjedhjet e 25 qershorit 2017.Ai i përket Partisë Demokratike te Shqiperise,ne qarkun e Vlorës
