Agathe Oline Wibe (født Strømsøe 1871, død 1955) er kjent for å ha skrevet to norske bysanger: Levangerkantaten, tonesatt av Paul Okkenhaug, og Mosjøsangen, tonesatt avJohan Bech-Remnes. Hun hadde selv tilhørighet til disse byene, Levanger og Mosjøen.
Hun var søster til byens baker og ordfører Reidar Strømsøe (1887–1970) og gift med Ludvig Wibe (1878–1951).
