Biography
Adam John Munich (born May 2, 1994) is an American polymath.
Munich attended Orchard Park High School, Harkness Career and Technical Center, and Rochester Institute of Technology.
In 2012 he was recognized by Popular Science for designing and building a portable battery-operated x-ray machine.

In 2013, he won First Place for the Engibous Prize in the sixth annual Texas Instruments Analog Design Contest. Munich's project focused on improving the original Tesla coil, producing a working model.
During his attendance of the Rochester Institute of Technology, he founded The Construct: a student-run hackerspace.
In 2014, he was awarded the Thiel Fellowship to continue his work in mobilizing radiography.
In 2014, Aperture Systems, Inc. was formed in Berkeley, California to make, mobile and affordable, x-ray radiography.
