Adam Grinwis (born April 21, 1992 in Ada, Michigan) is an American soccer player, currently playing for Rochester Rhinos in the United Soccer League.

Grinwis played college soccer at the University of Michigan between 2010 and 2014, including a red-shirted year in 2010.
Grinwis also appeared for USL PDL club Michigan Bucks between 2012 and 2014.
