Biography
Adam Ariel (Hebrew: אדם אריאל; born December 10, 1994) is an Israeli professional basketball player for Maccabi Ashdod of the Israeli Premier League.
Early years
Ariel was born in Jerusalem, Israel. He played for Hapoel Jerusalem youth team.
Professional career
In 2012, Hapoel Jerusalem promoted Ariel to the senior team. Ariel played in Jerusalem for three years. On his third year with the club, he helped Jerusalem to win the Israeli League title.
On July 7, 2015, Ariel signed with German club Eisbären Bremerhaven for the 2015–16 seasonunder coach Muli Katzurin. However, On January 2016, Ariel parted ways with the team and joined Hapoel Holon for the remainder of the season.
On July 12, 2016, Ariel signed with Maccabi Ashdod for the 2015–16 season.
On July 24, 2017, Ariel signed a one-year contract extension with Ashdodand became the team's captain.

Ariel was a member of the Israeli Under-18and Under-20national teams.
