Biography

Achille Domenico Campisiano (12 November 1837, Naro, Sicily – 17 April 1908, Paris) was a French pianist and composer of Italian origin. Also known under the pseudonym Achille de Campisiano, he composed opéras comiques, operettas and opéras bouffes. Died in Paris 17 April 1908 aged 70, Achille Campisiano is buried in the Donzy cemetery.
