Biography
Tan Sri Abu Talib Osman merupakan mantan Peguam Negara Malaysia (1980-1993) era Perdana Menteri Malaysia Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
Beliau juga menggantikan Tun Musa Hitam sebagai pengerusi Suhakam ketika kes liwat II Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim pada 2008.
Beliau juga terlibat dalam kes rasuah bekas Menteri Besar Selangor Datuk Harun Idris.
