Proff Abdirizak Jurile (Somali: Cabdirisaq Juurile, Arabic: جريل عبد الرزاق), commonly known as Jurile, is a Somali politician who has extensive experience in public policy, diplomacy, public administration and business. He has been a public servant for many years. He served in the government as Minister of Planning and International Cooperation during TFG. Jurile has been a Member of the Federal Parliament of Somalia at two separate times, and a member of the Upper House. Abdirizak Jurile also served as a managing director of the UN and other international organizations. During 2013, he declared his candidacy bid for the Somali prime minister, and also once ran for Somali Parliament speaker during Somali elections in 2014. He was elected to the Upper House of the Parliament of Somalia in October 2016.
