Biography
吉昌（？—？），清朝官員，滿族。
吉昌於1890年（光緒16年）接替雷其達，於台灣擔任台北府知府。轄宜蘭縣、基隆廳、台北縣、新竹縣，為駐守於台北城的北台灣地方父母官。
