何森林（？—？），福建侯官县人，清朝政治人物。
生平
道光二年，鄉試中舉。道光十三年（1833年）癸巳科進士。道光十五年（1835年），接替钱燕桂，署江蘇宜興縣知縣。后由顏名接任。道光十五年，擔任江南鄉試同考官。后擔任江蘇贛榆縣知縣、江蘇碭山縣知縣。道光二十五年，署江蘇鎮江府知府，兼理海防理事同知。道光二十八年，署通州直隸州知州。
