林书成（1962年－），甘肃武山人，汉族，中华人民共和国政治人物、第十二届全国人民代表大会四川地区代表。
毕业于西安矿业学院矿山建设专业。加入中国共产党。2012年4月当选绵阳市市长。2013年，担任全国人大代表。2015年3月，任中共凉山州委书记。
