肅康王朱贍焰（1406年－1464年）（《弇山堂別集》作朱贍熖），明朝第二代肅王，莊王朱楧的庶第一子。他在永樂二十二年（1424年）襲封肅王。他在位四十年。天順八年（1464年）朱贍焰去世，四年後(成化四年，1468年)其子朱祿埤嗣位。
