性桂（满语：ᠰᡳᠩᡤᡠᡳ，穆麟德：singgui，？－1747年），滿洲正藍旗，清朝政治人物、清朝刑部尚書。

曾任漕運總督。雍正十年四月乙巳，接替海壽，擔任清朝刑部尚書，后改兵部尚書。雍正十年七月丙申，接替鄂爾奇，擔任清朝兵部尚書，后改吏部尚書。由通智接任。
