Biography
张纪华（1962年－），云南宣威人，汉族，中华人民共和国政治人物、第十二届全国人民代表大会云南地区代表。
毕业于云南省委党校函授国民经济管理专业。加入中国共产党。2013年，担任全国人大代表。2013年在3月30日上午闭幕的云南昭通市第三届人民代表大会第三次会议上，昭通市人大常委会原主任张纪华当选昭通市人民政府市长，。
