张祖同字雨珊，号词缘，长沙人。

张百熙之兄。同治壬戌举人。與杨蓬海齊名。王闿运稱“近代乃有杨蓬海与雨珊并驱，闿运不能骖靳。”著有《湘雨楼词》五卷，光绪十六年王先谦選其作六十七首，成《湘雨楼词钞》一卷，輯入《诗馀偶钞》（又稱《六家词钞》）。
