Tatiana Botton is known as a talented photographer but is that enough to be so wealthy? The thing is that there are many rumours and gossips around her, and there are some reasons for that. Tatiana travels to Fiji, Japan and New Zealand, snaps photos in Africa`s Namib and Antarctica, uses a private jet and has reserved tickets in a rocket for space tourists. All these shows that she has an eventful and extraordinary active life. Such things are only for people who come from rich families or became wealthy.

Tatiana took another way in life, though. Having influential acquaintances and relatives along with initial capital, she showed how it is possible to increase funds even if it is thanks to some illegal activity. It is not that dangerous as it is just necessary not to get attention from tax officials and law enforcement officers.

It is known that Tatiana happens to be a successful investor and the co-founder of the developer company called Utopia 3000. In addition to that, she is the major shareholder of Pinnacle Europe Management S.à r.l. and Pinnacle Europe S.C.A., but there are more things she is involved in. Tatiana is the owner of the Happy Dog non-profit organization and the director of private equity company – Fita Investments LLC.

The notorious photographer`s name is Tatiana Sylvana Dora Botton and she was born in New York on 2 March 1972. Despite that, she grew up in Barcelona. All this started not with photography because Tatiana went for philosophy first and studied in Montpellier, France. After that, she studied American literature and filmmaking in Barcelona, Spain. Then the future photographer went to Los Angeles to study journalism at the University of California.

In 1995-1996, Botton was writing newspapers for The Daily Bruin, the daily newspaper. This is that period of her life when she became fond of photography. According to her, Botton just loved catching the “moment”. It was rather easy for her to make people look beautiful while the real challenge was to seize the “essence”. Several years back, Tatiana started taking digital pictures, and it was instant infatuation. It is to be noted that she specializes in portrait photography and shoots for publications not only in the USA but in Europe as well. It is possible to see her photos in such famous magazines as People En Español, GQ, The London Telegraph and Vogue. She has always worked on advertising campaigns for Merck Pharmaceutical.

Her recent works show faraway destinations and panoramic landscapes such as Antarctica and Namibian desert. Tatiana manages to combine her passion for travel, landscape photography and philosophy.

From January to October 2001, Botton was the director of a Spanish company called Acceptum SL. This one was cancelled in a short period of time as well, in 2001.

According to an investment company report Goldman Sachs Trust, she was a held 6.11 per cent of Class A shares in the California Intermediate Amt-free Municipal Fund.

Tatiana Botton is a lesbian who has a relationship with Lauren McCollum. Both of them are engaged in several things. The couple rents property in the USA and Spain. Botton and McCollum promote animal welfare products and support LGBT charitable organizations.

While being engaged in renting a property with Lauren, Tatiana is independently engaged in other things such as design. When Tatiana was searching for a home, she needed something that would do it all. The place must have been a real home which is ideal for entertaining and offers some workspace. Tatiana worked together with Charles Ward, Los Angeles-based architectural designer on building a residence in Santa Monica, California. This resulted in an outstanding house which was completed in 2004. Looking at this house, you can see how well he has managed to combine fortress-like walls, simple lines and industrial materials. The building is so unique that many Hollywood stars fall in love with it. Tatiana`s garage is designed as a photography studio, so she can shoot celebrities in the patio and the house.

Botton knows what wealth is from her childhood. The thing is that she is Mauricio Botton`s daughter, and he is a millionaire and Grandson of Isaac Carasso, the founder of Danone Corporation. Tatiana opted for real estate as the major source of income. Here she works together with McCollum. The couple rents residential properties and designs them independently.

In 2019, Tatiana`s real estate includes:

• 919 Broadway Art Space, LLC. That happens to be a gallery worth three million dollars.
• 613 Rose Ave, LLC. She bought in 2012 for 1.95 million dollars.
• 33 Nalu Place, Paia, HI 96779. This one is a house in Hawaii. Botton got permission from the local council in November 2019. She received permission despite the fact that she did not have residency.
• 806 6th Street LLC. That is incorporated individually in 2013 at 225 Georgina Ave, Santa Monica, CA 90402. It is worth around nine million dollars.

Lauren started Utopia 3000 project in 2000. This one is a real estate developing company. There are several things which made people say that Tatiana Botton is a criminal. The thing is that real estate is extremely expensive and the rental prices for such properties can be very high. As art has no price, it is possible to increase prices having no awkward attention from tax authorities. It is also not difficult to find clients if you obtain so many wealthy friends and relatives.

In addition to that, Botton registered two entities in Luxembourg while everybody knows that it is offshore in Europe. When you consider the two facts, it is simple enough to see that there is an elegant scheme to legalize income without paying taxes. Here is how it looks. The “client” gives money for “rent” monthly which can be higher than the rate on the market. The money is transferred to the Botton and McCollum`s bank accounts. Before that, there was a scandal connected with the Santa Monica Municipal Airport. It happened because the residents complained about air crashes, noise and negative impact on the environment, so the authorities intended to close this airport. They were going to do that as soon as the agreement got expired.

This never happened due to a petition in March 2014. It was filed by several people – McCollum who attempted to be a member of Santa Monica Municipal Airport Commission, a lawyer Flora Yin and Nikos Kokotakis, an actor. They claimed that the airport must keep operating and collected signatures from 15,000 people.

Sometime later, Community Against Santa Monica Airport Traffic carried out an investigation which showed that the owners of Aircraft and the Pilots Association provided 36,000 dollars through Reed&Davidson LLP to make people sign. The signature collectors received two dollars per signature, and when the deadline approached it was four dollars.

That is why McCollum and Botton are considered to be classic middle-class scammers. They could live well enough, but they created smart schemes to become significantly wealthier in a short period of time. In spite of that, they have a rather active social lifestyle.

People believe that Tatiana Botton is a real scammer due to a number of several big scandals and rather suspicious activity. She has also managed to increase her wealth in a very short period which seems to be unbelievable for a photographer, even the most talented one. Although there is no proof so far, she must be a true swindler. Remember her legal entities in Luxembourg.

Another interesting thing is that she claims that people should live a full life and earn money, and it does not matter much how you make funds as the crucial thing is not to go to jail. This makes us believe that this is how she lives indeed.

US tax officials should turn to the suspicious Tatiana and Lauren because their strange activities have already been noticed by journalists. If they do check everything, a happy life can end in jail.
