Biography

Zdeněk Škrland (February 6, 1914 – March 6, 1996) was a Czechoslovak sprint canoeist who competed in the late 1930s. He won a gold medal in the C-2 10000 m event at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin.
Škrland also won a bronze medal in the C-2 1000 m event at the 1938 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Vaxholm.
He was born and died in Prague.
