Hon. William Feilding (1669-1723), of Ashtead, Surrey and Duke Street, Westminster, was an English politician. He was born the second son of William Feilding, 3rd Earl of Denbigh and educated at Queens College, Oxford. He was a Member (MP) of the Parliament of England and Parliament of Great Britain for Castle Rising from 29 November 1705 - 21 September 1723. He was appointed clerk comptroller of the Green Cloth for life in 1716. He married Lady Diana Newport, the daughter of Francis Newport, 1st Earl of Bradford and widow of Thomas Howard, MP, of Ashtead, Surrey. They had no children.
