William de Beaumont, 3rd Earl of Warwick (before 1140 – 15 November 1184) was an English nobleman.
He inherited the earldom from Roger de Beaumont, 2nd Earl of Warwick. On his father's death in 1153, William may have been a minor. William died, probably on Crusade, in 1184, and was succeeded by his brother Waleran de Beaumont, 4th Earl of Warwick.
