Vilém Mandlík (born April 7, 1936) is a former Olympic 200 metres semi-finalist for Czechoslovakia in 1956 and ran in heat for 4 x 400 m relay. He also ran in the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome. He is the father of tennis champion Hana Mandlíková.
