Biography

Vicente Piera Pañella (1903 in Barcelona – 1960), known by the nickname "La Bruja" ("The Witch"), is a former Spanish footballer who spent most of his career at FC Barcelona.
Born in Barcelona, Piera began to play for Centre d'Esports de Sants. Piera was one of the best right wings in the history of FC Barcelona, where he played from 1920-21 season to 1932-33 season and appeared in 395 games, scored 123 goals.
