Uładzisłau Kazłouski (Belarusian:Уладзіслаў Казлоўскі, 29 June 1896 – 18 November 1943 in Minsk) was a Belarusian publicist, publisher, poet, critic journalist, activist and a communist politician.

He was born in a Polish village of Zalesie, Sokółka County. From 1916 until 1919, he was educated at the Catholic seminary in Vilnius. During his studies the Belarusian national movement. After returning from Vilnius.
He organized the Belarusian schools in the district Sokółka. In addition, he belonged to the leadership of the Belarusian Party of Włościańska . He was also an instructor at the Belarusian National Committee in Minsk, leading cultural and social activities in the district ihumeńskim. In the early 1920s, he joined the newly formed Belarusian troops, and in May was commanded to cadet school in Warsaw . After graduating, he became an instructor in 1 Belarusian battalion shooting. After his reformation 1921 until 1930 he served in the Polish Army .
In 1930, after releasing a reserve lieutenant, he settled in Vilnius . He organized the Gymnastics Society "Hajsak", published articles written in the company of the same name on the physical culture of the Belarusian youth. At the same time, he served as secretary of the Belarusian National Committee and was active in the Belarusian Institute of Economy and Culture . In November 1933, together with Fabian Akińczycem co-founded the Belarusian Party of National-Socialist , and until 1937 he edited its press organ "New plot Type" confiscated from time to time by the Polish authorities. He published numerous articles in it, and also under the pseudonym "Kazłouszczyk" his poems.
In 1934 he became secretary of the Belarusian National Committee in Vilnius [1] . Since the autumn of 1939 he was secretary of the Belarusian self-help groups, acting at the Lithuanian Red Cross. During World War II, he has teamed up with the German authorities. Autumn of 1941 came to Minsk , where since 1942 he began publishing "Biełaruski hazety." He tried along with Fabian Akińczycem reactivate the activity of the Belarusian Party of National-Socialist , but has not obtained the consent of the German authorities.
