U. Gunasena (full name and details unknown) was a Sri Lankan cricketer. He was a wicket-keeper who played for Tamil Union Cricket and Athletic Club.
Gunasena made a single first-class appearance for the side, during the 1991-92 season, against Sinhalese Sports Club. From the lower order, he scored 30 runs in the only innings in which he batted, the second-highest score of the Tamil Union team.
Gunasena's fielding position was Wicket-keeper.
