Biography

Tracy Carol Joseph (née Goddard) (born 29 November 1969) is a British former athlete who competed in the 400 metres and 4 × 400 metres relay. She was part of the teams that came third in the 4 x 400 metres relay at the 1993 World Championships in Stuttgart, and won the 4 x 400 metres relay at the 1994 Commonwealth Games in Victoria, Canada.

Career

In 1991, Goddard came second behind Sandra Leigh in the 400 metres event at the 1991 British Championships in Athletics. Goddard competed at the 1993 World Championships in Athletics. She won a bronze medal in the 4 × 400 metres relay, competing with Linda Keough, Phylis Smith and Sally Gunnell. She was in the England team that won the 4 x 400 metres relay at the 1994 Commonwealth Games, along with Keough, Smith and Gunnell, after the Australian team were disqualified. Joseph came third in the long jump event at the 1997 UK Championships.
