Thomas Ragland (born June 16, 1946 in Talladega, Alabama) is a former Major League Baseball second baseman who played for three seasons. He played for the Washington Senators/Texas Rangers from 1971 to 1972 and the Cleveland Indians in 1973.
Ragland also played for seven different minor league clubs in parts of seven seasons, spanning 1965–1974.
