Tim Conlon, born in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, is an actor and comedian who starred as “Jack Slayton” in the short lived comedy Wild Oats. In 1997, Conlon starred as “David Ruby” in the USA Network sitcom Lost on Earth. He has appeared in numerous films including 1989's Prom Night III: The Last Kiss. He has also played many various characters in various television shows including being a featured player in Mad TV for two seasons.
He has since appeared in various minor roles on shows such as Ned & Stacey, House, Pushing Daisies, Rules of Engagement, Monk, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Psych, and well as a few movies such as Ocean's Thirteen, and Waiting for Ophelia.
