Biography

Tex Hill (February 20, 1944 – February 28, 2014) was an American Actor and Stuntman.

Career

Born in Del Rio, Texas, he has appeared in television series and western movies. Onstage, he starred in Code of the Rangers (1972), Divided We Fall (1982) with John Agar, and was known for playing the role of The Lone Ranger in CBS TV pilot staged "Return of the Lone Ranger". In the 1960s and 1980s, Hill was stuntman in the movies The Alamo (1960), Cat Ballou (1965), Bandolero! (1968), The Return of Josey Wales (1986), and many more. His last appearance was in The Young Riders (1990) TV series with Stephen Baldwin.
