Teodoro "Teddy" Brawner Baguilat, Jr. is a Filipino politician and the incumbent Representative of the Lone District of Ifugao.
As legislator
He ran for the Speakership in the 17th Congress of the Philippines but lost to Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez.
Controversy
Ifugao Provincial Board filed a case against him for gross negligence during his term as Governor of Ifugao but the case was dismissed.
