Biography
Techi Kaso is an Indian politician. He is a member of the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh from the 13th Itanagar (ST) (Arunachal Pradesh) constituency. In the 2014 election he came back to power once again defeating Tame Pasang with a huge margin in the 13th Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh) constituency.
