Suman Datta

Suman Datta is Chang Family Chair Professor of Engineering Innovation at the University of Notre Dame. He was a Professor of Electrical Engineering before at the Penn State University, University Park, PA. In 2013, he was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2013 for contributions to high-performance advanced silicon and compound semiconductor transistor technologies.
